Tre Gusti is a with insects filled pasta that lowers the treshold to eat insects as a protein source.
Eating insects has a much lower carbon footprint compared to conventional meat consumption. Insect meat has an approximately equivalent nutritional value as beef. Insects eat organic material that neither people nor animals can eat, such as leaf litter and compost.
The shape of the pasta makes it possible to accumulate, resulting in a minimum space and packaging is necessary. This cylindrical and compact film to package the pasta is made of air-tight PLA, a renewable and biodegradable plastic.
